Guilt-Free Pineapple cake

Ingredients:
  • Box of Angel food cake mix
  • 20oz can of crushed pineapples
Mix both ingredients together.

Place in well greased pan.

Bake at 375°F, on the bottom rack of the oven, until golden on top and the cake starts to pull away from the sides of your well greased pan.

Serve with fresh fruits & cool whip - enjoy.

Cake is very low calorie & low fat (or maybe it's no calories & no fat) tastes delicious.

I also like to add some shredded coconut to the mixture prior to baking.

I've also added strawberries and baked them in.

Its quite a versatile cake that's difficult to screw up.

  3. OMG it's so good. Taste just like a pineapple upside down cake minus the butter and brown sugar!! SO GOOD.
