- 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4T Irish cream liqueur
- 2T butter
In the top half of a double boiler melt the 3cups of chocolate chips, 1 cup white chocolate chips, & butter until soft enough to stir.
Stir in powered sugar & Irish cream until mixture is smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Place mixture in prepared pan and lay a sheet of plastic wrap over it.
In top half of double broiler melt remaining chocolate until soft.
Remove from heat & beat with a fork into the butter & Irish cream until smooth.
Spread topping over cooled fudge (remove plastic wrap first) with a knife.
Refrigerate until set & ready to serve.
